Privacy Policy

In short: we use no third-party trackers or advertising cookies, and we never sell or share your data. A form submission goes straight to us — to our email and work messenger — and is used only to get back to you about your request.

1. What data we receive

Data reaches us in only two ways:

  • The contact form: your name, a way to reach you (phone, email or Telegram) and your message. The request is sent to our email and work messenger and stored in our internal system so that no inquiry gets lost.
  • Technical visit statistics: our own server-side analytics records the IP address, country and city (derived from the IP), browser type, screen resolution, the page visited and the traffic source (referrer, UTM tags). No third-party analytics services are involved. We use this for two things: understanding site traffic and filtering out bots.

2. Cookies and local storage

There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site — which is why there's no nagging "cookie consent" popup either.

  • sa_locale — the site's only cookie: it remembers your interface language. It contains no identifiers and is not used for tracking.
  • The dismissal of the info banner is kept in your browser's localStorage and is never sent to the server.

3. What we don't do

  • we don't use Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, social media pixels or any other third-party trackers;
  • we don't sell or share your data with third parties;
  • we don't build advertising profiles or do retargeting;
  • we don't use your contacts for mailing lists — we'll only reach out about your actual request.

4. How long we keep data

We keep form data while your request is being handled, and for a reasonable time after — so we can pick up the context if you write again.

Visit statistics are used in aggregate. On your request we will delete all data related to you.

5. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Data is stored on a server under our own management, accessible only to the project team.

6. Data within projects

Everything you hand over during project work — documents, data exports, system access — is governed by the contract and the non-disclosure agreement (NDA), not by this policy, and is used solely to deliver the work.

7. Your rights and contacts

Write to the address at the bottom of the page — we'll tell you what data we hold about you, and correct or delete it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
